Run windows 8 store app in windows 8.1 platform.

    Question

  • Hi All,

    Today I am facing a big problem on w8.1.I have developed a store app in w8.0 platform and which already being live but when I run my app package in w8.1 platform we got some error in windows power shell certification related issue but same package will run in w8.0 platform perfectly.Can you please suggest me what is the actual problem?

  • the error is pretty clear

    if your system time is correct, the certificate where the app been signed with is expired. You will need to repackage the app with a new (developer) license and install the new package.

    You are write it was my mistake to create app package with valid certificate. Now it is working fine for me.

    After renew developer licence my create app package give the same error.
