Migration from SQL Server to Azure SQL Database or Azure Managed instance

Question

Please let me know which one as PAAS(Azure SQL database or Azure SQL database managed instance) supports the below features.

When we create Azure SQL database or Azure SQL database managed instance as PAAS, what is the Operating System on which it is created?
Is it possible to migrate SSAS Multi-dimensional cubes from SQL Server 2014 to Azure as PAAS(Azure SQL database or Azure SQL database managed instance)?
Does Azure as PAAS support real time load of data mart and Fulltext search support?
Can we migrate SSIS catalog packages and the execution of SSIS packages as SQLAgent jobs supported in Azure as PAAS option?

There is no OS concept here as it is Azure resource (SaaS) 

Cubes not supported on both SQL DB and MI. To deploy cubes, there is separate Azure analysis service where only Tabular cubes can be deployed as of now

No, for such kind of project please look into Synapse  pretty new technoilogy if you going into BI world

You do not need to migrate the packages, they just great work with SQL Azure DB (Just refer to SQL Azure DB within a OLEDB Source\OLEDB Destination)
