I have checked your screenshot, if my understanding was right. You want to use Sqlite in your UWP app, but it seems that there’re some issues in your project.
Here, I’m not sure that you how to install sqlite library. Please check this blog about
Using SQLite on the Universal Windows Platform to check if you have install the sqlite package correctly.
