Azure CDN management portal down? RRS feed

  • Well, cdn.microsoft.com is timing out when trying to access the Azure CDN management portal, even pinging it times out on almost all the requests :(

    Can anyone else confirm that the cdn management portal is timing out?

    (I'm trying to access it from the EU)

    It does work fine for me and there are no incidents reported on management portal of CDN. 

    Can you try it with different machine or browser. It might be because of your DNS issue or caching of your browser.

    Can you please let me know the CDN provider that you are using ?

    Also provide the exact URL of the CDN portal.

    I'm using Premium Verizon and this is the url: 

    https://cdn.windowsazure.com/account/loginexternal/?token={TOKEN}&timestamp=2020-03-11T09:30:13.0223759Z&cdnAccountId={ACCOUNTID}&userCustomId={USERCUSTOMID}&restEndpointId=0

    (It's the url Azure Portal redirects you to clicking on "Manage")

  • No luck...

    I tried:

    • changing dns servers and "ipconfig /flushdns"
    • changing browser
    • forcing the browser to disable caching
    • accessing the url from my phone
    • restarting the router

    If I try pinging I get a round trip time of 180/200ms compared to a "usual" 10ms

  • Came to the conclusion that this must be a problem with my ISP, as I can get to the portal on a mobile connection
