SQL AGENT JOB GOT FAILED BECAUSE PARAMETER MISMATCHED RRS feed

  • Question

  • HELLO TEAM,

    please help me out with below scenario,

    i have create one SSIS package and i have created one project parameter like below

    SOURCEFOLDER=c:\team1\track2 team\ravi\raj          note :- i have space between track2 and team (track2 team)

    now i have created one SQL agent job  and executing SSIS packages while importing this packages above path automatically came on configuration part . i have selected and i can see same path as mention above .

    now while runing the sql agent job i got error like SOURCEFOLDER parameter mismatched and

    SOURCEFOLDER=c:\team1\track2 "team\ravi\raj            note :- now i can see "between track2 and team

    hence "present is between is not matching with my paramter and its throwing an error ..

    please advice me how we can handle such situation

    1. can i remove space from my path or any alternate solution we have for this scenario

    thanks

    ravi

  • Means i can give

    "c:\team1\track2 team\ravi\raj" on SSIS package or SQL agent job

  • Ideally giving space for working folders is not a good practice. But if you still want to go with it make it as below.

    SOURCEFOLDER="c:\team1\track2 team\ravi\raj"
