infopath form for sharepoint FBA

Question

Hi all..

I want to publish infopath form to my sharepoint internet with FBA

But , in publish steps in step :"Enter the location of your sharepoint or infopath form..."

when I enter the url of site , it can't continue and show amessage "web server is not found...."

But , when i use the windows authentication it is working

I think that you would publish it using the windows auth URL/zone, but then have end users fill it out from the FBA zone.

I'm testing to publish infopath form in windows zone then I change the authentication to Form zone

but I didn't find the published form when i create new item so is there any solution???
