Error : DEP0700 since updating to Windows 8.1

Question

I have updated to Windows 8.1 and when compiling my store app I get a deployment error:

2>Error : DEP0700 : Registration of the app failed. Another user has already installed a packaged version of this app. An unpackaged version cannot replace this. The conflicting package is 28466RWSoftware.ScoreAlerts and it was published by CN=79A7D723-622E-4203-AD8A-03546116B53E. (0x80073cf9)

Could you help me resolve this? The app isn't showing when I search from the start screen and rebooting my PC has not resolved the issue either.

Are you sure that it isn't installed under another user's account?

Does the app show up at all in get-appxpackage?
