  • Question

  • Hi All,

I am facing a weird error with the designer workflow.

I have a coded custom activity in my Designer workflow. After that step gets executed the workflow terminates with Unauthorised error .

Sometimes i get the below errors :

Retrying last request. Next attempt scheduled in less than one minute. I searched for possible solutions and came across three resolutions (a) User profile synchronization service should be started (b) Feature “Workflows can use app permissions” should be activated and, (c) Set workflow as trusted in site settings -> site app permissions.

However, none of these worked for me. Looking forward for your response.

When i check the logs in i find that :

Execute method of job definition Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileImportJob (ID c91470f7-f26d-4f99-9f35-69822ff25c33) threw an exception. More information is included below.  There was no endpoint listening at http://servername:5725/ResourceManagementService/MEX that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
