Host Throttling

Question

Hi All,
Which all places we can check if the particular host throttled ?
1 Event Viewer.
2. Performance Monitor
Is there any other place apart from above where we can check , may be logged in some BizTalk database table ?
Thanks,
Varun

From BizTalk Server 2010 forward, Throttling is indicated in both the Event Viewer and Performance Counters.
There are no other sources for Throttling information.
The Performance Counters remain the only source of specific Throttling conditions.

Hi Varun,
The BizTalk:Message Agent performance counters are provided for the explicit purpose of analyzing the throttling behavior of a host and remains the only source through which you can analyze the throttling conditions.
There is one very good article on this: https://thwack.solarwinds.com/docs/DOC-171881

You can now also use our free version of AIMS (www.aimsinnovation.com/aims-free) which has all these parameters in a web-gui. You can also chart the last 24 hours for any performance parameter.
