BizTalk Server 2009 -> CRM 4.0 Adapter RRS feed

    I have the following scenario

    I am using BizTalk to create or update records in CRM4.0. I am receiving an xml file that may contain thousands of records to be created or updated in CRM. What I am doing is that I split this file so I get each entity and I call a specific orchestration depending on the entity type. This must be done in order since there are relations between those entities so that they must be processed in order.

    A file that contains for example 10,000 records takes days to be processed. I check why so that I created a expression that write in log just before sending the message to the CRM port and just after receiving the response, the time spent to send a message to the CRM Port and to receive the response can be up to 15 sec witch is a very long time since each entity require at least 2 calls.

    is there a way to improve this performance? Should I write a helper call to call the CRM and avoid using the CRM adapter?
