    Hello,

    My customer is in process of purchasing SQL Server 2008 R2 Standard edition. However, they do need to implement the SQL Server project before getting the licensing key in the next 2 weeks.

    I know that customer can use SQL Server 2008 R2 Evaluation first and once they get the product key, they can inject the key later. So, they don't need to reinstall SQL Server.

    Please kindly point me to the KB and/or document for how to inject the key to SQL Server Evaluation to the standard edition customer purchase.
