Can't start a new project after changing the language.

Question

Hello.

I have russian localization of windows 8.1(wich comes with my notebook), so visual studio 2015 installed with russian language pack too. But i prefer to use english, so i went to options->environment->international_settings and download and install english pack.

After it i have common issue, when it is impossible to create new project: after press "OK" button in new project window its just disappear for a moment and appear again, and nothing have happen. When i change language back to russian its work fine.

I have used /log and have two log files for En and Ru language settings, but i am not an expert to read and understand them, except that En version(that one is doesn't create projects) have many warnings like:

Performance warning: String load failed. Pkg:{7D4626A3-18C3-43A4-A66C-169D1D609803} LANG:0409 ID:1141


Ru version haven't this.

Download Visual Studio 2015 With Default Language Pack English From Following Official Link

unistall Current visual studio and Install Download Visual Studio Download (ISO file With English Language as default) this version also include Update 1 for Visual Studio 2015 that solved many problems like this one
