Hyperlink does not work in mobile sites

I have a site that contains a hyperlink, and it works correctly on the desktop, but in the phone I must tap away from the hyperlink to the right
site is:  http://x.co/compass2
How can I fix it?

I've fixed the problem by removing

  data-toggle="dropdown"

<i class="material-icons pull-left  dropdown-toggle" data-toggle="dropdown">more_vert</i>
