What type of credentials are you using to connect to the data source?
Double click on your data source and click on "Credentials"and select sufficient configuration:
If you are sure that the current user have sufficient access rights, select "Use current Windows user. Kerberos delegation might be required."
OR provide a username and password that has the access rights.
Cheers

When you click on 'Refresh Fields' within your data set, does that update the available shared data sources?

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your problem with us.
Actually I'm not sure what you mean of RENAME.
If you are renaming your report, you should not have any problems.
Instead, if you are renaming the shared data source, it is obvious that your report cannot address to the new one as it doesn't exist anymore.
So, you need to reconfigure your report to use the new data source.
Cheers.

Hi Tsql,
It shows the data source name in the dataset, rather than the shared data source name. Shared data source display in the drop-down list when you create a data source using shared data source. So if you recreate the data source using the new shared data source without rename it, it will showing old data source that you have been deleted.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
