Failed Report Removed App RRS feed

  • We received a failed report on our app and it was removed from the store. Now we don't have the ability to create a new submission in the dashboard or API to resubmit the app for approval. Who should I contact to resolve this issue?

  • Hello,

    For this issue, you need send an email to reportapp@microsoft.com team to request for permission to re-publish your app. Remember to include the app id and other detailed info to let them you have improved your app to comply with the Store Policy.

    After they verify your app, your "Update" button will be available again so that you can create new submission.

    If it helps, you might mark it as answer so that other community faced with same issue could find it more conveniently. And you could update here if you have any further issue.
