Adding a webpage to an azure website

Hi All,

I am new to azure I have created the below website and I wish to know how do I add a page to this website and connect that page to run a query on a azure database table.

Please take a look at the following tutorial: Tutorial: Build a PHP and MySQL app in Azure

In this tutorial you create a functional application locally and then publish this solution to Azure. It demonstrates how to publish local projects to Azure. If you work with Visual Studio, there are additional tutorials working with .NET and publishing the solution to Azure App Service. Please see: Tutorial: Create a Windows service app

Both tutorials demonstrate how to working with a project locally and publishing the solution to Azure. Do you have a preferred technology you like working with?
