Is there a place where I can download masterpages so I will not have to spend time designing.

Beside when I design pages my boss usually don't like the design.

Creating templates can also require a great deal of design abilities (regarding asthetics) and HTML / CSS know-how. One of the easiest approaches that I recommend to folks that might not be incredibly CSS / HTML savy would be to consider downloading a pre-built template and making changes to it as you see fit :

It's important to remember that all ASPX pages (and Master Pages) basically are styled through CSS and HTML so if you find any other pure HTML and CSS templates that you like, you should be able to tinker with them and use them within an ASPX page (or Master Page) will a little work.

I'll also add the following to the mix:

ThemeForest (commercial templates but priced really nicely) - http://themeforest.net/category/site-templates

Wrap Bootstrap (also commercial bootstrap 2 and 3 templates) - www.wrapbootstrap.com

Bootstrap Zero (free templates) - http://bootstrapzero.com/

    Bootswatch (free templates) - http://bootswatch.com/
