    Hi, Can you use Visual Web Developer to develop dot net web applications targeting mobile devices? If yes, then how? If no, then what free tools can we use to develop dot net mobile web applications?

    2. open VWD-> new ASP.NET website-> Add new Item-> Mobile Web Form

    there are other tools and ways to make mobile content, just look around the forums...
