  • Hi everyone,

I haven't been around for awhile since changing job's and moving house. I have come back to see the Wiki has been spammed with all sorts of junk and abusive language, Microsoft need to sort this out, either remove the wiki or have some kind of administration.

  • Hi Krikkaf,

are you referring to SmallBasic Wiki: http://wiki.smallbasic.com/smallbasic.com/wiki/AllPages.aspx

Can you point me to the 'all sorts of junk and abusive language' ?

I will escalate it to our team on how we need to approach this issue. Currently, I will say the wiki site is not monitored.

    Thanks.

  • @Khumara,

Mostly the wiki just contains links to various webpages that are not related with small basic.

Those sites are just trying to boos their SEO ranking by adding their links to everywhere they can and probably using bots to do that.

  • Khumara,

I am relating to most of the wiki page's even the main page http://wiki.smallbasic.com/smallbasic.com/wiki/MainPage.ashx which potentially links to adult material.

I don't think I should post any links as SmallBasic is used by school kids, but look out for rude links on the main page. (which do link to other sites).

    Kirk.

  • I agree with Kirkkaf regarding Microsoft Forum language pages. We should all be as civilized especially when we do not know. There is much to say about multiple language users not only on this forum but also on other blogs and online forums.
