    Recently there are many customers reporting this issue. It's not only desktop bridge apps but also UWP apps reporting this issue. 

    Currently, here is a workaround that another community shared. Here is the link: Cant get app published - DPI Aware warning in certification

    You could try @IDDGroup's solution to see if it works.

    If it doesn't work, please open a support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select App Certification failures for issue type. Besides that, you could also send mail to reportapp@microsoft.com.
