How to connect to the virtual machine Using SQL Server Management Studio on another computer

Hi, I am trying to connect to the virtual machine Using SQL Server Management Studio on another computer.

Can somebody tell me how to do that ? I tried to do that using following article but not able to connect :

My immediate guess is a firewall issue. To be clear, you're just trying to connect to the SQL Server database from your local machine, right? If so, check out http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windowsazure/ee336282.aspx for details on how to configure this.
