Why does it take so long for publishing an app? RRS feed

    Now : 4 days so far and it's still in certification. It's unacceptable

    Do you mean that you had submitted a new submission for your app to the Dev Center?

    According to the document here: The app certification process, the process should take 24 - 48 hours in business day. But as you said, it's 4 days since you had submitted the submission, right?  What's the state of that submission that shown in the Dev Center? Still in process or other states?

  • I updated my app. Now is published but before, it usually took less than 1 day to update. Now : 4 days. It doesn't make sense the update takes so long for certification.

    Glad to hear that the app is published. 

    If you have concerns about why it takes so long to finish the submission, you could open a free support ticket here: Contact Us

    Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic and select App submissions for issue type.  The store team will contact you and you could ask the details about your submission.
