How to separate streams in a wpf tab contr RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am a beginner and I am trying to separate the streams coming from the kinect so that each stream exists in the content portion of a tab content and is active when the tab is selected (and inactive when it is not I assume).  I am using c# and a WPF TabControl.  I have looked at all the sample files from the SDK, but none are close enough for me to understand how to perform this.

If anyone could help me find a template for this or provide some direction or pseudocode to the steps involved it would be greatly appreciated.

  • You will need to be familiar with WPF to understand how to place these controls in your UI. Review the basics samples for how to get the Kinect data from the device to the controls. The image data from the color and depth sensor is mapped to a separate Image control in these samples.
