  • Hi Nirvana1008,

Actually, every product cannot be perfect enough including SQL Server Reporting Service, with the following release service pack and FIX, the product will be better than ever before. What you should care is not how many issues it exist but what issue you encounter, if you have any un-resolved problem when using SSRS, I would suggest you apply the latest service patch to SSRS firstly, then try again, if does not help, post them here or call Microsoft CSS for help. Of course, Microsoft will release the cumulative update package to fix some bugs in the current product and list them in its KB article. For example, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/913090  which list some bugs that have been fixed in SQL Server 2005 Service Pack1. And http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2072493 which supply cumulative Update package 2 for SQL Server 2008 R2.

    Thanks,

    Challen Fu

  • That link was very helpful, but I need to supply a link of known issues with SSRS to our users. There has to be a list of Known issues of SSRS somewhere on MSDN or Microsoft.
