DCOM Error

Question

Getting the following errror every so many minutes.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}

and APPID

{61738644-F196-11D0-9953-00C04FD919C1}

to the user ESD\farmer SID (S-1-5-21-3008963584-1948717192-1681574023-1167) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

The APP ID in question is the IIS WAMREG but I cannot change any of the settings because they are greyed out. I'm logged in as the local administrator for the computer.

Any ideas?
