error "We can't authorize the payment method." when add a payment account RRS feed

  • I'v ask the supporter by email. the answer is waiting for bug fix.

    I find somebody has waited for a month or later. (somebody says he has waited for 4 month)

    the account cost $99 per year , waiting for a bug fixing  with no time promised.

    the account can not add other card or palpay account if the dev account occur a problem, in other words the account is broken.

    the supporter tell e that , I can register a NEW a account, if i can't waiting for the bug fixed.(in other words it will cost another money)

    I am not aware of any renewal bugs for Windows Store. If your payment method does not work the first time and you have verified that everything was entered properly, please open up a Windows Store Support Ticket. There could be a number of reasons for this, but due to each card being different, the forums are not the place for us to help you!
