It's worth noting that some editions of Visual Studio also have a feature called Schema Compare that performs similarly. It may not be available in all versions of VS, but I know that the Enterprise editions certainly have it.

I had read about that, and I think it is only for professional or higher. This one however is perfect for those using the community/free editions of VS :) But great point! Thanks Rion!

SSDT includes this feature, and works with Community Edition.
