Using WCF with Windows 8.1 WinRT client, need to enable reference tracking on the client side RRS feed

  • Question

  • I was able to setup WCF to get full object graphs by putting the [DataContract(IsReference = true)] on my POCO objects. I can from the WinRT app retrieve rather complex object graphs now.

Now I need to send an object graph back to the WCF Service on the host.

Is there a way on the client side to indicate that Reference Tracking should be used?

    TIA!

So you can keep some kind of objecr state on a POCO to persist objects to the EF database based on state?
