Not able to download Timetracker Starter kit

When i clicked on download link, the next page informs me that content not found.

So what should i do to download..... Plz help me out soon... I am new to ASP.NET and a am supposed to develope Time Tracker in the Same.... I want to move further with the help of open source...

After a bit of searching I came across this link. It installs the visual studio template for the Time Tracker Starter Kit.
