Error in my Account status in cloud accounts


  • I tried to add EA account into the same Cloudyn portal which has CSP subscription, because of that my CSP subscriptions are now showing Error in Account status.

  • The same situaction but on exisiting account. Last cost data are from 21.11.2018. 

    Many notification ( one per subscription) about bad credentials. 

    When traing to update credentials got error: Internal Error occurred please contact our support.

    Thank you for using Azure Cost Management by Cloudyn. The errors you are receiving may be due to ARM credentials needing to be reactivated. Please see the following article: multiple-tenant-ids-under-the-same-ea. If the steps in the article do not resolve your issues, you will need to open support requests to have the Cloudyn Support team investigate this on the back end for you:

    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Cloudyn Legacy
    • Azure Portal > Help + Support > New Support Request > Service: Billing > Azure Cost Management
