AccessFile is not valid

Hi

I have an access database with membership and roles. All works fine on my local computer. 
When I then load onto the internet, the login works OK for about a day and then I get the error
        System.Exception: AccessFile is not valid: E:\hshome...........

The web provider has reloaded the MDAC drivers so that doesn't seem to be the problem.

The database was built around the info from this website.

I'm unsure why it works for a day or so then this error arrises ?

Any ideas as to why this error appears and disallows login / connection to the database ?

Thanks for your assistance, I'd previously tried a few of the items in those forums without luck.

My ISP investigated and changed something to make it work. It was previously intermittent, so I hope it's solved but still unsure.
