Hello!!! I would like to know how is the procedure to install, copy or somenthing to test my little app in my PDA?

If you wrote it as a mobile app, you should be able to put it at a real domain on the internet and browse to it with the browser app built into your phone. It of course will not work on every phone.

mobile web apps don't run off line. I think you are thinking of mobile forms apps possibly?
