I am not sure if this is the best place to make this post but I did look for the most relevant place. I have a query about Dll's in general but specifically the IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll. The main point I wish the find out is, Is this Dll Redistributable. On the whole, Which files are redistrobutable? How would I find out? With the mentioned dll no comments or copyrights are found when looking.
I dont want to get into trouble for sending out a dll with my app that is only legally distrobuted with Windows.
