  • Hello,

Is there any way to get the Sensor Development Kit (Freescale JM Badge Board Rev D) to also work on Windows XP ?

    Thanks.

  • Hello,

Yes, you could get the JM Badge Board to work on Windows XP with a bit of work.  The device enumerates as a HID device so you could access and parse the raw HID reports (much like how the driver does it).  You could also modify the firmware to report data in any other way you desire.

  • In particular, I'm thinking of playing with it in the MS Robotics Studio

  • Hello,

Also I want to point out that this Kit was developed for Windows 7 Sensor and Location Platform and this one is not available for Windows XP or other versions of Windows besides Windows 7.
