Just make use of of white hat SEO techniques and your url will surely be index by the Google search engine. Well when it comes to the canonical url, make sure that you do the right 401 redirect so that url issues can be avoided. In fact your site then will be a SEO friendly site once the canonical url address is properly structured.

URL structure using www with domain name or without www, if your website is opening in both url structure so this is not good for search engines because search engine understand two websites of same content, which will harmful for seo. you can solve this problem using .htaccess file with url redirection code .
