  • This forum has been used to support all types of deployment projects, including Visual Studio installer projects that are not related to Windows Forms or ClickOnce.

I suggest that deployment receive its own tag/topic, separate and distinct from windows-forms.  This will facilitate research and community interaction on deployment issues.

  • Thanks for the feedback,

We chose the category name "Windows Forms" and created tag "windows-forms" on Microsoft Q&A, so questions about "ClickOnce and Setup & Deployment Projects" can also be asked with tag "windows-forms", we'll keep supporting them.

    Best Regards,

  • You totally missed the point.

Don't bury deployment issues within windows forms.

Break out deployment into its own category/tag.
