CSS and look of report toolbar/parameters

Question

I was wondering if there is a way to modify the say the colors/look of the parameter area and toolbar for reports.  I understand I can remove items from the toolbar, etc.  I am looking to modify the look for this portion of each report rather than having to code the same functionality into a new gui.

 

I know there are .css files in the Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server directory, but I cannot seem to make this portion of the reports look any different than the default.
