  • Hi,

I am getting below error because of the Alert setting done for a sharepoint list.

  • Try to delete the List and create again then implement Alerts on new List.  It works

  • Hi,

Found the solution in below link abd read the comments said from Mr. Sai Krishna Rachakonda

    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/sharepointadmin/thread/9bed9e7c-a333-412a-b8b7-281f5133909e

    Solution:

Navigate to settings of each list -> Title, description, navigation -> marked "Display this list on the quick launch?" to No.

The above solution worked for me.

    Regards,
    Hari

  • Dear All,

This can be consider as workaround but not the proper solution for this problem. If we select "Display this list on the quick launch" to No then why this option is given by SharePoint ???
