OPT OUT OF MICROSOFT'S HEALTH APPLICATION.

Question

I DO NOT want Microsoft's Health app.

I DID NOT choose the app.  Apparently, the MHA CHOSE me.

Without my Permission.  Without my Knowledge.  

I CHOOSE to opt-out but can't seem to find a way to penetrate this 4 foot thick Solid Steel Vault.

Any suggestions, on disabling it. would be greatly appreciated.

No "Opinions", Please.  I have a dozen bushels of those.
