AzureAD, user administration

    Question

  • I would like to use .Net to do user administration instead of the portal.office365.com web interface.
    It seems the best way to do this is using the AzureAD Graph API.
    And it seems the easiest way is to use ".NET Client Library for Microsoft Azure Active Directory Graph API."

    First of all is this the way to go or are there other ways of doing this?
    I could use Powershell but I would prefer to create my script/apps in vb.net

    I've tried to use the .Net client library but have some troubles doing it in vb.net....all the examples I could find is in #C.

    I'm not able to initialize the ActiveDirectoryClient class:

    Sub Main()
      Dim ADC As New
      Microsoft.Azure.ActiveDirectory.GraphClient.ActiveDirectoryClient(New Uri(serviceRootURL), Async Function() Await GetAppTokenAsync())
    End Sub

    Private Async Function GetAppTokenAsync() As Task(Of String)
         '????
    end function

    Any help would be appreciated :-)
