Running Visual C# 2008 express and visual web developer express RRS feed

    I currently have Visual C# 2008 Express and I want to start developing applications for the web.  My understanding is that I would need Visual web developer to do so.  Can I install a version of visual web developer express along side my current visual C# 2008 express?  Before i go and install this I want to make sure I'm not going to run into any issues with running multiple versions side by side.

    By the way, I need to stay with the 2008 express edition due to a compatibilty issue with another software's object interface that I develop in.

    You're fine. All the VS 2010 Express editions (and the VS 2012 Express editions, for that matter) are designed to install and run side by side.

    I have all the VS 2010 Express products installed on a single machine here without issues.
