Keyword Status Out-of-Sync with AdCenter? RRS feed

  • Good Morning;

    We are having problems with sync problems between the API and the AdCenter interface.  We have a number of keywords that via the API we have set to 'Paused' status however when logging into AdCenter it shows them as 'Active'.  Doing a simple GetKeywordsByIds concurs with the 'Paused' status.

    Is this a known issue?  I have contacted our account manager at Microsoft but have not heard anything yet.  If you would like specific details please contact me privately.

  • This is a known issue. The web ui does not show the Pause status at the keywork level at this time. What you are seeing via the API is correct.
