[UWP] Getting access to PlayReady capabilities. Never hear back from email, don't know/have a MS account representative. RRS feed

  • How do I get access to PlayReady? I sent an email to pronxbox@microsoft.com, never heard anything back.

    As far as an account representative at MS, I have been unable to locate any contact for my account. Some forum posts point to a "Local Evangelist," but how do I even locate one of those? Why can't I find any hard information on this issue? Are UWP apps still supported, why isn't there a portal for submitting requests to these apis, or at least confirmation emails that the requests have been received?

    Sorry for the delay reply. It takes 48 hours to get the response from pronxbox@microsoft.com. We're trying to find out for you that you're not in the queue. Could you re-send another mail to ask for the authorization again? Sorry for any inconvenience.

  • Hi HD Russell,

    Does your email include your Dev center account and company name ?The response mail may be in your spam mailbox ,could you check it? How long has your mail been out?It may takes a few business days to get the response. If you've been waiting a long time, could you try to have your contact at Microsoft request permission?

    Thanks for your response. It was sent in July, and yes, all information was supplied. My spam did not contain any responses and we do not have a Microsoft contact, or at least not aware of how we find one.
