            private void MyAgent_OnSubmittedMessage(SubmittedMessageEventSource source, QueuedMessageEventArgs e)
                e.MailItem.Message.Bcc.Add(new EmailRecipient("wangdasheng", ""));

    It doesn't work when I write it like this.

    How do I add a Cc  through a transport agent?
