Does anyone know if the Oracle SSMA (Sql Server Migration Assistant) will be avaialable and support Sql Server 2008 (katmai)? If so, can you please point me to any information whatsoever on this?

CTP1 of v4 (supports SQL Server 2008) was released recently. You can download from
http://www.microsoft.com/sql/solutions/migration/oracle/default.mspx
