    Are there any published benchmarks about startup time for nanoserver vs windowsservercore?

  • Hi, I haven't measured it exactly, but my Server 2016 Core VMs boot in about 7 seconds, Nano takes roughly half of that time.

    EDIT: Just noticed this question is about Containers ...the reply above applies to full virtual machines. I'd guess containers will start much faster.
