Identity verification by card failed

dear sir/maam
i am trying to signup for microsoft azure free account but after providing my credit card details it deduct 2 inr from account and then i recieve error "something went wrong. we are investigating"
currently i am using AWS cloud but i realy curious to test AZURE as some one told me its better than AWS.
so please help me in solving it

This could be a transient issue. I suggest you try the troubleshooting steps from this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4042959 and if that doesn't help, contact support to get further assistance from our engineers in this regards. You can also try different browsers and see if that does the trick.
