Online/Offline ability

Question

 

 I would like to know if someone can help me with getting my winforms application to be able to go on and offline like MS Outlook. When i am not connected to the network or internet I still would like to be able to view data, edit data, and save data until i hook back up to the network or internet where it then gets updated.
