I emailed tech support at vlserva@microsoft.com, but I did not received any answer, so I decided to post my question here.
I received an email from Microsoft with details of an Open License (Authorization and License number). I tried putting them in, after registering with the same address as provided in the email. I guess the license is not visible yet, but when I attempted
to put them once more, I got a message that "There were too many attempts of providnig improper combination of Authorization and License number. The function was temporarily disabled." I would like to know for how long the function is suspended.
