Usually i dont make threads regarding issues i encounter using MS products but this problem is bothering me for months .
Our employees are using Access to make invoices etc and they are using excell to display varios data accros pivot tables for budget reasons .
So one day when came to work i got a call that excell can't refresh the query because MS thinks that the user isn't connected to server ( screenshot added below )
That is when opening the file , even if i change the data source it will not work . The files and the local DB are on a local server .
The interesting part is that if i copy the DB file on my PC and link the excell to access data source it will work and it will refresh the data that resides in the excell , the same goes if the user uses RDP to connect to server and refresh the file that way

The database is in 2 parts acde for user interface and second DB is acdb that is linked to acde to display the information in the user DB .
Have tried multiple ways to fix the issue but no luck , i hope someone has great idea .

I am new to Access so it would be nice if someone is gving any advice to explain it just a little bit .
